Day 5 – Claudia Le Feuvre

Practical exercises that help people transform their relationship with food and body and that you can start implementing right away!!

Claudia is an international Nutritional Therapist and Eating Psychology Coach with over 14 years experience. Known as ‘The ShapeShifter’, her passion is helping women transform their relationship with food and body. She has a busy clinic, and works with many clients online. She also lectures at BCNH, the British College of Nutrition & Health, teaching Eating Psychology to 4th year students.

When she had her children and didn’t automatically ‘bounce back’, she learned what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your body. Over the years she has become passionate about helping women reclaim their body confidence. 

Women often tell her that they ‘lack willpower’. Through their work together they may discover it may be as simple as not eating enough during the day (hence the late TV eating), or an underlying food intolerance disrupting blood sugar, or sugar cravings from a bacterial imbalance in the gut. In other cases, she helps women reconnect and learn how nourish their bodies after years of dieting and suppressing appetite. There may also work to be done on calming the inner-saboteur or rebel. She has developed a unique nutritional and psychological approach using cutting edge strategies to help women lose weight and be free from unwanted eating patterns such as binge eating, overeating and yo-yo dieting.
