Dawn is a gym owner specializing in coaching women over 40 with strength training and anti-aging.

She has been in the industry of coaching women for 20+ years. With certifications in fitness training and sports nutrition, as a gym owner, blogger, entrepreneur and guest speaker…her mission is to coach women to eat for energy and train your body to be strong, lean and confident at any age. She coaches women into better relationships with food and exercise… while staying away from trendy diets and extreme workouts. Her philosophy is that “a new diet is not the answer to what you need for lifelong weight loss or a healthy body that feels, moves or looks better!” She was heavier in her past when she counted calories and did hours of cardio. Now, she’s more energized, leaner and stronger past 50 than most 25-year-olds, and is guessed to be 15 years younger than her age! She believes that we must change our minds about how we view food and activity so that our bodies will follow. This is how we can live long and strong in bodies we love at every age of life!
