Gin has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, she taught elementary school for 28 years, A Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, she earned a Doctor of education degree in gifted and talented Education.     This is a hot topic right now – there is a lot of information out there about intermittent fasting. We are so lucky to have a chance to really explore this topic with someone who is an absolute expert in this topic!
